15 local professional nursing home employees including a chef and a gardener are dedicated to provide care for the 40 residents. The nursing home employees live in close proximity to the residents on the same property. Their accommodations are simple huts and in some circumstances they live with the residents in the same building.

The latest investment builds on a new building for the service personal to further increase nursing and age care access for the people most in need and ensure all residents receive the best care and support they deserve.
